If I have a corporation and have not trademarked it, can someone trade mark it after I have been incorporated?

You can't trademark a corporation, that doesn't make any sense. A trademark is a symbol. A phrase could be trademarked but not a business name. Further, corporations are only good for the state you live in. There are thousands of businesses with the same names in different states.
