What are some good, unique ideas for centerpieces?

didn't know what category to put this in =( i'm planning a banquet and our theme colors are black, silver, and hot pink. so the mood for the banquet is y/pion.....i'm looking for some suggestions for centerpieces. preferably steer away from typical candles/flowers, but if it's something different than your typical floating candles, flowers in a vase, then that's welcome to! please help! =)
