Age differences in dating?

I'm 26 now. When I was 24 I started attracting women up to age 36ish. I've spent a lot of time with women age 25-49 for the past 2 years and it never seems to go anywhere. We'll either just be perpetually platonic or intimate for a short period of time. With all of them, it's either one or the other. What do you make of this?
