Why is Mayawati talking of division of UP when Andhra Pradesh & Maharastra desrve division much earlier ?

Mayawati is spending most of the time outside of UP for caste based Dalit Rallies in remote places, spending state peope's hard earned money for the same, not paying any attention to state's internal developmental problems at all. Votes are not taken for self glorification& old & new Dalit leaders, making recreational parks, putting idols on squares, not opening any new professional college, not opening any new much needed power projects, new industries, improving agriculture outputs, land reforms etc. Now suddenly she is talking of division of UP in three parts, an absurd proposition. Up is fully planer now except 3 districts, the land of Ganga-Jamuna culture, having most culturally evolved state & hence not having any tribe at all. Irrigation is best. Railway rout comes on mot shock proof plain. It has only one language, pure Hindi. Every area is easily accessible as distances are not large. UP is uniform. Division of UP will create water & other man made disputes. Is it not gimmick
