Disability discrimination case questions?

Talk to the boss first. But you do not have much of a case here in my opinion.Taking you off of the insurance and driving is common sense. While there maybe no grounds to think it would happen again, there are no grounds to think it will not. It could be they are waiting to see if it does occur. I do not see any disability discrimination here. You say you are in great shape and one episode does not constitute a disability.
