When will Man Utd start signing new players and who?

Does anyone know when the players will start coming in? I mean they've got probably around �100-110 million to spend, due to the huge sale of Ronaldo. Id of thought manu would of started signing new players by now, as im sure theyll want their new players before preseason starts n definatley before the league starts. I know it sounds impatient, but should it be soon? Anyone know who they most likely to buy?
