Would teachers in Wisconsin really be a whole lot worse off without collective bargaining rights?

They're still going to have collective bargaining rights, just not over as wide a scope as they had. Most states have nowhere near what the teachers in Wisconsin have, this is basically just going to bring them closer to the norm for the country overall.
