Two questions about minimising eco footprints. One about food and one about plastic?

For indoor composting I suggest a worm bin. I'll put the link I used to create mine. I do recommend avoiding bread, it tends to mold and smell. Yes there are recycled plastic and biodegradable plastic bags. I prefer recycled plastic because nothing going into the landfill will biodegrade anyway.
