Why do you believe in science?

People will always believe in something to have an answer or an explanation for I guess. Since for some reason, believing in God looks naive and easy to do, and to believe in Science can show an intelligence. And for some reason, people might be scared they might contradict themselves if they believe in both. I personally, believe in both. I'm a woman of faith who believes also in science.
