When Should I SELL My Stocks since Market is Iffy Due to Capitol Hill?

I have shares in INTEL and I'm looking to sell them, wanted to this week until yesterday morning all the markets dropped badly due in part to fiscal issues in D.C. I already lost 30 dollars after one day should I just sell or wait til my stocks recooperate, they were the strongest they've been in 6 months so I'm not quite sure. I do need to sell them to prioritize other things.
