I have a big sys 32 problem! I lost some sys 32 files to my virus scanner and now my computer won't turn on.?

Download a Linux Live CD. Knoppix is good. Use it to recover your data, and then reinstall Windows. You might even keep Linux if you like it. If you choose to install linux you should try Ubuntu.
