How to synchronise AMD Front Side Bus?

Dear all, soon I will have a new PC and I want to migrate from intel to AMD. Unfortunately I don't get it how I must synchronize the FSB among the processors, Motherboard and Memory. As Far as I know, for the intel we got to synchronize the FSB whether are 800,1066 or 1333 Mhz and it's listed for all the Mobo,memory and processor which are for intel. Does AMD has a special memory to support it? Could u explain? Thank U.
