How to get your parents to let you go out?

Me nd my parents fight everyday nd i just want to go somewhere else. They wont let me go anywhere, nd if i just leave im sure theyll call the cops or go to all my friends houses to figure out where i am. How do i get them to let me leave? or if i just leave, how do i show them that im okay im just going somewhere to get away.
